RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

To request a return, please contact us at info@lumenathletic.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item or proof of return.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are non-returnable

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund

For customers within the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
