SHIPPING POLICY

We process and ship all orders from Frankfurt, Germany.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Thanks for your understanding! 

Estimated Delivery Times: 

Germany: 1-3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International: We currently do not ship outside of the EU

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or local conditions.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

LUMEN ATHLETIC UG is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
